1. Who we are
Zionarts is a product of Soundplug, a company registered in Belgium with VAT number BE0739536908. When this policy refers to "Zionarts", "we", "us" or "our", it means Soundplug.

2. Data we collect
- Account data — Name, email address and password hash when you register.
- Profile data — Label name, business number, profile picture and plan you have chosen.
- Payment data — Billing is handled by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — we never see or store your full card number.
- Connected accounts — OAuth tokens for your Meta Ad Account and Spotify Artist profile, used exclusively to launch and monitor your campaigns.
- Usage data — Pages visited, features used, campaign activity and error logs, used to improve the product.
- Communications — Messages you send through our contact or support forms.
3. How we use your data
- To provide, operate and improve the Zionarts platform.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To connect to Meta and Spotify on your behalf and run your ad campaigns.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, support replies, account alerts).
- To comply with legal obligations under Belgian and EU law.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data under the following legal bases:
- Contract — to deliver the service you subscribed to.
- Legitimate interest — to keep the platform secure and improve it.
- Legal obligation — to comply with Belgian tax and financial regulations.
- Consent — for any marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time).
5. Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Meta (Facebook) — ad delivery via the Meta Marketing API.
- Spotify — artist data via the Spotify Web API.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge infrastructure.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it longer for legal or tax purposes (Belgian law requires financial records for 7 years).
7. Your rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability.
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA / APD) at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

8. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens) and security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use of Zionarts after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
