Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Zionarts platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Zionarts is operated by Soundplug, registered in Belgium, VAT BE0739536908 ("Soundplug", "we", "us").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Zionarts.

2. The service

Zionarts is a music marketing platform that helps independent artists, labels and managers create and manage Meta ad campaigns designed to grow Spotify streams. We provide tooling — campaign builders, analytics, AI-generated ad copy — to help you reach your audience.

We do not guarantee specific results such as a certain number of streams, followers or playlist placements. Ad performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your ad spend, audience, creative quality and Spotify's own algorithm.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Zionarts.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable VAT where required by Belgian law.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zionarts to:

• Promote content that violates Meta's or Spotify's terms of service.
• Run campaigns for illegal products or services.
• Mislead or deceive your audience.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the platform.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Third-party platforms

Zionarts connects to Meta and Spotify on your behalf using credentials you provide. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for account suspensions or policy violations imposed by Meta or Spotify.

7. Intellectual property

The Zionarts platform, logo, code and content are owned by Soundplug. You retain full ownership of your music, campaign creatives and any other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate your campaigns.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Soundplug's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Zionarts shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
